The white box is a economical solution for 3 phase distribution transformer (without alteration of existing transformer) and act as an accessory for existing ordinary distribution transformer to protect from shock and fire but 50 % only.

Usually existing available power protection system like ELCB, RCCD, RCB will disconnect the phase line if gets shorted with earth line, but not designed to protect us if any two phase lines get shorted.
